We are thrilled to launch FSK’s 5th Annual Giving Campaign and would greatly appreciate your support. One thing we all learned during COVID was the importance of outdoor space to our children’s ability to grow and learn safely.  This year’s Campaign seeks to build on that lesson by raising money to enhance the school’s rear outdoor spaces.  Donations will be used toward the following outdoor-geared activities and spaces:

  • Planning, construction, and installation of new shade and play structures 
  • Planning and installation of outdoor equipment appropriate for our middle schoolers
  • Additional nature play elements sourced from Camp Small Zero Waste Initiative run by the Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks

FSK is a thriving, successful school in large part because we are supported by great families and committed partners.  Our school is the anchor of our community — a community that spreads across the peninsula and through our City.  We know that, in addition to enhancing the daily lives of our students, great outdoor space at our school is a tangible community benefit that our neighbors can see and appreciate.

FSK’s PTO is a 501(c)3 non-profit.  In addition to accepting donations through cash, check, credit card, and Paypal, we are able to accept donations of stock.  Donations of $250 or more will receive a letter of acknowledgment for tax purposes. Individuals should consult with their tax advisors for specific information.  Please note that we cannot accept donations via Venmo this year. 

Gifts of any amount are sincerely appreciated. When you make a direct cash or check donation, 100% of your money will go toward helping us attain our educational goals as “one school community.” We have a goal this year of raising $75,000, and – even more importantly – securing the participation (at any amount!) of at least 150 FSK families.
